G-type single screw pump is a type of internal meshing sealed screw pump, belonging to the rotary displacement pump. Due to its strong adaptability to media, smooth flow, good suction performance, and small pressure pulsation, this pump can not only transport various flowable media, but also highly viscous media, media containing hard suspended particles or solid particles, and media containing fibers. It has good regulation performance, wide range, and high efficiency. Therefore, it is widely used in various industries such as environmental protection, shipbuilding, petroleum, medicine, daily chemical, food, brewing, construction, mining, chemistry, printing, papermaking, power plants, boilers, etc.

Working principle:

A single screw pump is an internal meshing rotary displacement pump, with the main working components being an eccentric screw (rotor) and a fixed liner (stator). Due to the special geometric shape of the rotor and stator, several separate sealed chambers are formed. The operation of the rotor continuously and uniformly transports the medium in each sealed chamber from the suction end to the discharge end with a constant volume. Due to these characteristics, single screw pumps are particularly suitable for the following working conditions:

1. Transport high viscosity media;

2. Transport media containing solid particles or fibers;

3. Require continuity, stable pressure, and no periodic pressure fluctuations;

4. Require minimal agitation and no damage to the inherent structure of the conveyed medium;

1. Environmental protection: transportation of industrial wastewater, domestic wastewater, and sewage containing solid particles and short fibers, especially suitable for equipment such as oil-water separators and plate and frame filter presses;
