The CWF type pump is a horizontal crushing pump set for marine use, and its various indicators comply with the technical requirements of CBT3792-1996 "Technical Conditions for Crushing Pumps for Marine Domestic Sewage".

This pump is used for crushing and transporting soft pollutants in domestic sewage with a temperature below 85 degrees Celsius. The particle diameter after circulating and crushing by the crushing device is not more than 5mm. It is also suitable for low-temperature solidification and crushing of heavy oil in ships, making it easy to transport and spray.

The overcurrent components of the pump are made of cast iron (can be customized according to requirements) material.

Structural style

This pump is a horizontal centrifugal crushing pump with a crushing device. The crushing device is composed of a moving blade and a static blade. The static blade is fixed to the pump body through a static blade holder, and the moving blade is installed at the impeller. The shaft seal adopts skeleton oil seal or mechanical seal. The top of the pump body is equipped with a water injection plug, and the bottom is equipped with a drain plug for easy cleaning of impurities.
