1. Purpose:

Suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids with properties similar to lubricating oil that do not contain solid particles and fibers, are non corrosive, have a temperature not exceeding 300 ℃, a viscosity of 5 × 10-6~1.5 × 10-3m ²/s (5-1500cSt), and are used in hydraulic transmission systems.

By reducing the pump speed, the viscosity of the conveyed medium can reach 5 × 104cSt.

2. Application scope：

Can be used as a transmission and booster pump in oil transportation systems;

A fuel pump that can be used for delivery, pressurization, and injection in the fuel system;

Can be used as a hydraulic pump to provide hydraulic power in hydraulic transmission systems;

It can be used as a lubricating oil pump in all industrial fields.

3. Structural characteristics：

This series of gear pumps mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, shaft end seals, etc. The gear is manufactured with a double arc sine curve tooth profile. The most prominent advantage of it compared to involute gears is that there is no relative sliding of the tooth profile during the gear meshing process, so there is no wear on the tooth surface, smooth operation, no trapped liquid phenomenon, low noise, long service life, and high efficiency. This pump breaks free from the constraints of traditional design, allowing gear pumps to enter a new field in design, production, and use.

The pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection, and the full reflux pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, please note that this safety valve cannot be used as a pressure reducing valve for long-term operation. If necessary, it can be installed separately on the pipeline.

The pump shaft end seal is designed in two forms, one is mechanical seal and the other is packing seal, which can be determined according to specific usage and user requirements.

When viewed from the extended end of the main shaft towards the pump, it rotates clockwise.
