1. Purpose：

Suitable for conveying lubricating oil or other liquids with properties similar to lubricating oil that do not contain solid particles and fibers, have a temperature not exceeding 300 ℃, and a viscosity of 5 × 10-6~1.5 × 10-4m ²/s (5-1500cSt).

By reducing the pump speed, the viscosity of the conveyed medium can reach 5 × 104cst

2. Application scope：

Can be used as a transmission and booster pump in oil transportation systems;

A fuel pump that can be used for delivery, pressurization, and injection in the fuel system;

It can be used as a lubricating oil pump in all industrial fields.

3. Structural characteristics：

This series of gear pumps mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, safety valves, shaft end seals, etc. Gears have high hardness and strength after heat treatment, and are installed together with the shaft in a replaceable shaft sleeve for operation. The lubrication of all parts inside the pump is automatically achieved through the use of the conveying medium during pump operation.

There are well-designed oil discharge and return grooves inside the pump, which reduce the torque force that the gears bear during operation, resulting in low bearing load, minimal wear, and high pump efficiency.

The pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection, and the full reflux pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, please note that this safety valve cannot be used as a pressure reducing valve for long-term operation. If necessary, it can be installed separately on the pipeline.

When viewed from the extended end of the main shaft towards the pump, it rotates clockwise.
