1. The blade pump has no pressure difference, and the reason for the problem is incorrect steering. If the medium is dirty and the blades are stuck, please follow the factory's instructions to check the direction. Move the drive shaft of the slide pump and rotate it back and forth several times to move the blades inside the pump. If the pump still does not press upwards and the blades have burrs or thickness, remove the pump and check if there is any air leakage in the suction pipeline. Use sandpaper to polish the flat plate until the blades become soft in the rotor groove. The internal loss of the vane pump is too large, so check and eliminate the leakage, inspect all valves, open the outlet pipe, and allow the gas to be discharged from the outlet

2. The working pressure of the vane pump cannot be reached, and the main problem is that the speed is too low. If the speed increases appropriately, there will be more leakage in the seal. First, check whether the bearing is damaged, check the oil seal and replace it; If the opening pressure of the safety valve is too low, adjust the safety valve bolts to meet the required pressure. The internal loss of the vane pump is too large, and the main components such as the pump body, bearing cover, rotor, and blades are worn out too much. It is necessary to replace the components!

3. The vibration and noise of the vane pump may confuse customers on how it occurred and how to handle it? If the bearing is damaged, replace the center of the pump shaft and the drive shaft, which are not concentric and biased too much. Adjust the concentricity between the pump shaft and the drive shaft so that the inclination angle does not exceed 7, and the foundation of the vane pump is loose. The foundation bolts of the oil pump are tightened, and the blade pump body is worn out too much, requiring replacement.

One way to eliminate axial leakage of gear pumps is to add an annular groove concentric with the shaft hole around the inner plane of the pump cover, drill a vertical hole with a depth equal to the center of the pump cover thickness within the corresponding oil suction range outside the groove, drill the pump cover on the outer end face of the through hole, so that the suction range is outside the through hole and the annular groove, and then insert the pump cover into the outer end face of the plug hole. On the left side of the pump cover in the drive shaft and sealing packing chamber, this method of eliminating axial leakage of gear pumps can achieve automatic sealing effect. It not only completely solves the problem of liquid leakage in the pump, but also effectively deals with the defect of narrowing the suction range caused by air leakage. The gear pump shaft end seal design for marine pump valves can be divided into two types: mechanical seal and packing seal, which can be confirmed based on detailed application conditions and user requests.
